  1. CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

When making your booking you should choose the category of the car you want to hire, and we will provide you with one of the models in the category required and confirmed. In the event that there are no vehicles available in the category you have booked, NEED A CAR ROSSLIND will provide you with a model that is similar or from a higher category at no extra cost.

It is important to take into account that the images on our website are illustrative.

 

  1. INSURANCE POLICY

All prices include an all-risks insurance policy. However, this policy does not cover damage to windows, the windscreen, wheels (tyres and hubcaps) and/or wing mirrors.

NEED A CAR  offers you  for Cat:A,B,C,C1,D,D1, when signing the rental agreement,  ROSSLIND RELAX an  additional insurance cover (not obligatory). It covers the following:

Wheels

Windscreen and windows

Wing mirrors

Breakdown assistance

Replacement vehicle after an accident

*In case of puncture, the customer must change the tire.If you require assistance, the mileage will be charged.

NEED A CAR ROSSLIND does not require customers to pay a deposit or take out car hire excess insurance, except in the case of category BB,CC,E,E1,F,G,H,I. They can eliminate the excess with the insurance  ROSSLIND GOLD, which also includes the ROSSLIND RELAX insurance.

If you decide not to take out the optional ROSSLIND RELAX OR ROSSLIND GOLD insurance, you will not be entitled to a replacement rental vehicle in the event that the car you are driving becomes unusable due to an accident where you are at fault, nor will you be entitled to a refund.

The customer will pay the costs of any damage which is not covered by the insurance policy and is due to irresponsible, dangerous and/or negligent driving.

In order for the insurance cover to be valid customers must comply with all the conditions given in the car rental agreement. This includes the condition that in the event of an accident a customer must present the accident statement or police accident report within a maximum of 48 hours, starting from when the incident occurred.

We do not charge for fuel. We deliver the vehicle with a certain amount of fuel and the tenant must return it the same. 

If you are unable to fill up the tank and return the vehicle to us with less petrol than you started with, you should inform the company representative before leaving the airport, and pay the amount owing.

  1. MILEAGE AND OTHER FEES:

- 0 – 25 km: 80 €

- 26 – 50 km: 110 €

- 51 – 100 km: 180 €

- 101–150km: 240€

 

  1. OFFICE HOURS

We accept bookings 24/7, 365 days of the year. If you book between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. you will need to give us a valid telephone number so that we can confirm the booking, and pay in advance with a credit card.

 

  1. PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF YOUR CAR

Airport:

The car has to be picked on the Floor 5 AA floor of the airport carpark.

You can pay the airport parking fee at the automatic pay machines in the carpark, either in cash or by credit card. The maximum amount you will have to pay for the airport parking is 6 euros.

How to find us?

To get to the carpark leave the Arrivals Terminal through the exit.  When you reach the carpark go up to the 5th floorAA

Please, return the car to the 5th floor AA of the airport carpark, same as from at the start of the rental period. Leave the keys and the ticket in the car boot and close it. Please do not worry about this, as our agents will take the car in a short period of time.

Make sure you do not leave any of your personal belongings in the car. NEED A CAR ROSSLIND accepts no responsibility for any possessions you may leave behind.

IMPORTANT!

In order to reach the parking area  on the  5TH floor AA of the airport carpark, you should follow the signs for TERMINAL / LLEGADAS and not those for CAR RENTAL RETURNS.

 

  1. CANCELACIONES, NO SHOW Y PROLONGACIONES

 

 

 

  1. Authorization to charge amounts with credit / debit card

By communicating the data of the credit or debit card at the time of the formalization of the reservation or contract, the customer authorizes ROSSLIND SANTA PONSA SL to charge this card with the price of the rent , the excess, and any other cost and liability collected under these conditions are accrued in connection with the rental agreement.

 Once the client has confirmed the reservation, NEED A CAR ROSSLIND  will be able to charge the credit or debit card with the entire foreseeable rental price, including the extras requested.

 By confirming the reservation, the customer accepts explicitly the rental conditions available on this website, without the need to sign the rental contract that remains inside the vehicle for pick-ups at the airport.

 The reservation of the vehicle or the rental contract will be rendered ineffective in the event that it’s not possible to charge the card.
